We work in buildings that cannot close.

Fit-out

Offices, clinics and retail units taken from shell or strip-out through to handover, working around whoever is still using the building.

Refurbishment

Phased upgrades to occupied premises (washrooms, roofs, frontages and services) sequenced so the doors stay open.

Small works

The jobs most contractors will not price. Reactive repairs, alterations and make-good, on a standing rate.

Judged on disruption, not just delivery

Figures are illustrative. This is a demonstration site.

0

Trading days lost across occupied-site projects last year

94%

Practical completion hit on or before the agreed date

Typical response on reactive small works

How a project runs

Four stages. You always know which one you are in.

1 · Walk the site

We look at the building before we price it, at a time that suits whoever occupies it. Most surprises on a refurbishment are visible on the first walk if someone bothers to go.

2 · Priced program

A price and a week-by-week program together, so you can see which phases hit your trading hours and move them before you commit.

3 · On site

One site manager for the duration, reachable directly. Weekly photographs and a short written update, whether or not there is anything to report.

4 · Handover

Snagging closed before we ask for the final payment, with O&M documents and warranties handed over as a single indexed pack.

Tell us about the building

A walk-round costs you an hour and gets you a real price. No account, no obligation.
